Hasbrown casserole is really easy to make... frozen hashbrowns, colby cheese, melted margarine, black pepper & cream of chicken soup (condensed). (I used to make it @ cracker barrel).

Ah-ha! Cream of chicken soup! I couldn't pin it down, I made one with sour cream and it was good, but didn't taste the same(obviously :oops:) Thanks!

That almost sounds like it...but it was a huge amount of food and I could only make it for pot luck dinners! The one we get at the market is pretty good, and I honestly couldn't make it for the same cost. Hubs will eat it till it's gone, he would blow up if I made a big one!:gig
