It didn't feel real when my mother died in 2003 until the funeral. I woke up thinking that if I didn't go, she wouldn't be dead. Of course I knew better. It takes a lot of time. :hugs

Hi DMC!

It's going to be even busier tomorrow and Friday. The Red Hat Ladies are making their annual appearance for lunch on Friday so tomorrow will be spent getting all the food and desserts (mandatory) ready.

I told the lady planning it to give me a week notice due to the time it takes to smoke meats and make the rest of it...she called today to say they'll be here this Friday. Great :rolleyes:
