I found an easy (hopefully) recipe for lime parfaits and will probably make another Texas sheet cake. That way they can choose which dessert they want.

cant chetch up right now... I just got back Five pokes ... Staff was wonderful.

Dock was very enthusiastic about the success of the surgery and that I wasn in severe pain.... The others I saw walking the halls were like Zombies.

They were only giving me tylenol... About two grams in IV.

Hi DMC!

It's going to be even busier tomorrow and Friday. The Red Hat Ladies are making their annual appearance for lunch on Friday so tomorrow will be spent getting all the food and desserts (mandatory) ready.

I told the lady planning it to give me a week notice due to the time it takes to smoke meats and make the rest of it...she called today to say they'll be here this Friday. Great

I hear some of those ladies like to party. Maybe that's why she forgot to call you. Course she coulda been busy with the pool boy too

I know they get pretty rowdy when they all gather in the dining room! Maybe I should peek in there once they get to hooting to see if there are any male dancers.

I did a quick check on the meat situation. Unless we get really slammed tomorrow, we'll be ok for the RHL's. I only have to smoke the brats tomorrow and that's pretty quick (about 2 hours).
