Ouch, I know that feeling, I have to think before I move now or I get a notification that I didn't move, turn, twist correctly! ;)

You mean like seeing my feet when I look down? Or fitting into my work chair with some space on the side....

I still need to work on walking and just plain old standing.... cant do eeither for very long

But again that will come eventually.

Getting dressed standing up would be nice too.

But Baby steps....

I learned that every muscle and nerve is connected...if I coughed, it would send shockwaves of pain through my leg...I mean who would think that coughing would get a response of pain from your leg?

Right now I am babying the port holes.... I have five and they are just held together by surperglue.... Everyonce and a while they bleed.... or seep. Doc said no worries just keep em clean.

They make port holes in your abdomen to get the laproscopic tools to pass through while operating. To look at them now they are about an inch a cross.... So far I have Three scars from my Gall bladder Surgery barely visible.... Six scars from my Cancer surgery... and this surgery is Five more....

Oh and two scars on my knee but they didnt use port holes.

These are rawer and more tender than the others so I feel the need to keep care of them.

Deb, have you ever seen that old Bill Murray movie "What About Bob"? He's a nut job that attaches himself to a shrink (Richard Dreyfuss). Baby steps are a part of the movie, which is hilarious!

Yep.... Thats some of how Acupuncture was developed.... Finding those nerve connections....

OH MY GAWD I loved that movie.... Mom was agoraphobic for years and I teased her about needing to see it. She laughed all the way through it......

She used all the tools bob did.....
