The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

morning sean:frow
no daylight here either but you have to admit, its quite except for the roosters, sometimes this is my time to just enjoy the silents , husband gets up and the tv starts, the dogs start and then its time to start whatever has to be done that day, yep, quite time
Yep, it's nice to have 'silence' once in awhile. It's quite here too, since breeding season is over, my pheasants aren't squawking all night!

didn't know peasants squawked at night but then never been around them except for a "wild" ringneck
gun clubs up here use to raise the ringnecks to a certain age , bring them to a cage about a half block from here(right on the side of the road)feed them for a week or two and then open the gate, can't tell you how many survived til hunting season, not many, most got run over but once in awhile a couple would make it thru run overs and hunting season and you would see them or hear them , we even had a rooster eat with my chickens one year, we always made sure we stayed inside til he got his fill, that only happened one year tho, he didn't make it thru the winter, fox or something i guess, still miss him
