I'm healed up but not completely....it takes 1 year after a broke bone for the healed break to become as solid as before the break. But as always, I'll take your advice!

Whoops forgot I had started typing something else ha deleted it now.

Although I guess I’ll post that too. The caffeine alone really ended up helping so much so that I didn’t even need to take any Excedrin.

I never noticed that caffeinated pop ever made a difference. After giving it up years ago I didn't miss it.

Yeah, I don’t find that stuff helps either or has much caffeine in it haha I don’t drink it anymore because it hurts my stomach/causes me pain so I’m just better without it haha

But I made caffeinated tea this morning which doesn’t seem to have the negative effects, especially if I don’t steep it too long, and that did seem to help my headache which is good because I hate taking the medicine too often

I'm going to try something new this weekend. DH is holding a golf tournament at the course and I'm going to play...yikes! Never been in one before so this should be interesting

I'm going through the headache bit, the sore throat, the coldness of an 82F room, wonder if I am getting an early flu. Wouldn't mind though- I sleep better .

No, YOU need to heal up. That’s an order!

Nothing planned for today. Guess I’ll grab the old pumice stone and start stripping out Fiona’s coat. The lady who owns her sister sent me a really good video of how she strips out Reign’s coat, and Reign seems to tolerate it - even enjoys it. Reign is being trained as a real service dog so it’s critical that she always looks her best and that includes having a coat that doesn’t catch every bit of debris known to man. This is Reign.
