Awesome! I think we have all of those here too although not as many snakes. But have seen a couple. But we usually get tons of frogs in our pond in the spring, the peepers, but never seen them there this late and never on any of my plants. Been a wet year though so maybe they’re thriving haha

I love watching the turtles when we go somewhere with a pond haha ours isn’t big enough.

Love the fireflies. They’re so cool.

Don’t know if we have bass shrimp. We do have crawfish I think.

Aw that’s good they relocated it! Scary it was so close to you though. This one looks like a cub. The video is funny watching him try to drag the heavy box off :lau
 
Yes, they do! Got to the market later than I wanted a couple of Saturday's back. Everyone that had them, sold them quick. Folks love to pickle them here. They will go up and buy all that one farmer has. Not as many cucumbers as some other things. We are now getting a lot of tomatoes from our own garden this year. May be making some salsa soon.

Fast forward to right before my retirement. Nurses working ER were making something like 14.50 an hour. I was making about 19 an hour working as charge nurse in a rehab/nursing home.

ER nurses were still under the 15.00 per hour that the cashiers were making in the 70s.

Can some body say the system is broken?

It's been broken for a long time. My SIL is a Medic and has to work 60+ hours a week to make ends meet on top of my daughter working full time. But next year the idiot at Wendy's who can't fill an order for 2 burgers and 2 frostys correctly will be making $15 an hour.

Pounding migraine. Didn’t really sleep last night because of it.

I thought a hot shower and bed would help so that’s what I did, took a nice, long shower and was in bed by around 10.

But it didn’t help and my headache is worse now than it was last night.

At least last night it was mostly just pressure but it turned to pounding when I was trying to sleep and early this morning it was especially bad.

But thankfully Excedrin really seems to help me so I think as long as I go get some I should be able to still get stuff done.

But it just sucks because I was hoping to not have to take any drugs but apparently my body had other plans. :rolleyes:
