Currently in Charlottetown PEI. Drove from home to Waterville, ME Friday. Had dinner with @superchemicalgirl. Drove to Moncton, NB yesterday. Move in day at Mt. Allison was today, 1/2 hour drive from Moncton to Sackville. Deposited DD1 and all her stuff in her room and drove here arriving about 5 PM. I somehow have more stuff in my car now than on the drive from home! All the suitcases and bags that were emptied in the dorm room are going home with us. To look in the back of the car you'ld think we are on a 1 month no laundry trip.

Actually, when you posted, she was already an hour past her birth here Oh wait, I'm on Atlantic time, make that TWO hours

@CapricornFarm you two have been together a long time too!

If @rjohns39 were here I know he'd have his own long term marriage story too.

Loved reading the long time married stories...kind of gives hope that things can & do last.

Even on a wing and a prayer relationships can last NFC. Igor and I knew nothing about each other really, but we were living together to give it a try and I got pregnant. I wouldn't marry him for that reason, but we eventually tied the knot for legal reasons. We've been through some hard stuff, but we did it together and being together trumped everything. December will mark 28 years for us and I still enjoy spending my time with him.
