Katie gets out of school at 3:15, but Kendra won’t be home till around 5. Her school aide is now also certified to be Kendra’s day care provider, but she’s required to show a certain number of hours a week to maintain her certification. So Kendra usually goes home with Keesha after school. I’m anxious for them to get here!

And they still don't know the chicks were ordered? That's going to be such a great surprise to them! Hope you get a picture of their faces

Nope, they have no idea. Katie would have played hooky if she knew! And Kendra doesn’t even understand the concept of “gonna get chicks in a few days” so even if she’d been told it won’t mean anything until she physically sees them. Can’t wait!!

I'm excited for them! Have to go in to work at 1:00 but I'll sneak on the work computer later in the day and check in to see their excitement.
