The cooking part seems like it would be a good fit for you. Do you enjoy doing it at the day care?

I'm off work today, then tomorrow the co-worker & I will get the pro shop at the golf course finished up. Then it's off for the winter! YAY!

It’s ok. This is the third time I’ll be doing it. I know where nothing is in her kitchen. Today is chicken nuggets and mac and cheese. She does a lot of stuff the kids don’t care for. This they will probably eat.
That will be good to be done for the season! Did you get a lot of snow? We got this. Harvest is barely started.

Nuggets and Mac & cheese definitely sounds kid-friendly. I think it would be kind of hard to come up with meals for all the kid's tastes. Are allergies a big problem to work around too?

The snow we got the other day is all gone but predictions show more coming our way maybe Saturday.

Ugh, not during harvest! It's been a hard year what with all the rain and now snow too, hasn't it?

I'm ready for sure...it's been a very long summer.

Of course, I'll be broke all winter too but there is plenty to be said for having the time off. One of my regulars was teasing me yesterday...he asked me, "do you know what happens 6 months from today? You get to re-open!" Argh, and it will happen just about that fast :rolleyes:

We have 2 kids with allergies. One to blue dye the other to peanuts. Both get rashes so not as bad as having to use an epi pen. The kid with the blue dye allergy is super picky and obsessive compulsive.
The year has been a nightmare. It is still to wet. I hope next year is better.
