Today I have been screwing plywood on my cages and hutches and coops to try and get ready for winter. I need new work shoes for sure.

I refinished a desk once ,it was beautiful. Had to leave it in FL when we moved.

Sad when you put all that work into it. Mine won’t be beautiful but good enough for me. I’d hate to do this for a living.

Whatever I had lasted about 10 days. Kicked my butt!

It's everywhere KD. Just a couple of days ago a man living in my county in his twenties stabbed his wife and 9 months old child to death. Said God told him to do it.

That is terrible. I don’t watch the news anymore, depresses the heck out of me.

This year has been crazy!! Mid October and the garden is still producing like crazy!! The cucumbers are finally starting to die off (after producing like crazy all season!!!) but other than that, everything else is still going strong!! Thriving even. Picked some veggies a little early tonight/smaller than I’d like because of the storm coming in (don’t want to lose anything to the winds & rain) but they should still ripen up fine.

Going to a dog show AND a horse show this weekend!

Was originally just going to go to the dog show but then I discovered there is also a horse show the same weekend, same location (huge fairgrounds lol) and... well... that was that.

Also have a concert on Friday but it’s at a local place so close by. So we’ll go to the concert Friday then go to the dog show (and horse show!) Saturday.

Apparently they still haven’t caught them yet. The person they thought they had apparently wasn’t actually involved and was released and they now say there may up to 8 suspects!
