Taters is taters as far as I'm concerned but sp's do go well with pork.

amen, never met a tater i didn't like but then i just like to eat (altho this flu made it easy to not eat so managed to lose about 6 or 7 lbs)

i'm going to miss my mustard greens i didn't freeze any, used them all fresh but walmarts does handle them so i should be ok

Maybe next year, plant more greens so you have extra to freeze. It's not too early to start looking forward to next years garden
