I had fun back in the day helping this become a thing. Now, pink has pretty much taken over the month for awareness. Breast cancer. Had my yearly mamo last week. Because it is October...got to pick out a pink fingernail polish.

I don't know if it's true but heard that soy can mimic the effects of estrogen. So if someone has estrogen dependent cancer, they should avoid all soy products. Not sure how, seems like soy is in everything. Better check my ice cream labels.

morning everyone
went to see the new knee dr yesterday as uou know, young good looking man, did y'all know they can "grow"cartilage from your dna and then when they get it large enough insert it into the bone joints? guess this is what he mainly does for people younger than husband but anyway, there nothing they can do but go ahead and replace when he decides he wants it done so husband is backing off and going to try the yearly shot, the " so called rooster shot" they can only give every three months, three shots and it only last about 2, 3 weeks on husband , the yearly shot, isn't cheap $270.88 and they made us order it and pay for it , to make sure its for a real live person, so its being shipped to dr next tues, i sure hope it works for a year so he quits hurting but this bone dr did tell us one of the best knee dr's is only 90 miles from us in fla.
