sorry about you your shoulder, i know you must be in pain wish there was something they could do

Thank you..Shots are working pretty good for now in that ol shoulder. Surgery will eventually be needed. Surgery sure worked for my left shoulder a couple of years back. ..... Pnuemonia shots.. Hubby and myself are up on those.

Just out of curiosity, who's gotten their flu shot?

There has been a "no copay flu shot" sign at Hannaford for a few weeks. Thought about it 2 weeks ago, kinda forgot by the time I was done shopping. But after @sharron's bout, I went to the pharmacy right off when I got to the store last week.

I just need to try and keep... unstressed!
