Last couple of days have been really slow

I know things usually slow down at the end of the year, this year it just seems like more than usual (at least to my recollection).

not much outside that for dang sure husband is now up and hes starting the fire in the little wood stove on the porch(connected to the living room) soon will be warm and toasty in here, i could have started a fire but i wasn't that cold ( i grew up with only a fireplace for heat in florida so i learned how to start a fire at a early age) course we had lighter knots, we would split some for kindling and when those started, then add a big one, along with a green oak log. roast one side, turn to roast the other side, then run like heck to the bed and jump in at night

That's why I don't think I would be able to foster an animal. It would be great until you have to give them up. That would be tough.
