I used a friend's hovabator 2 years ago. Got the bug and bought a 176 incubator/hatcher combo this summer. Go big or go home I guess.

A late good morning all

Unlike the rest of you (except Nancy & Kelsey), I'm a late to bed, late to rise kind of person. I was really proud of myself today. I actually got up @ 8:30 without any alarms. Normally it'd be about 11. When I need to get up earlier I have to set at least 6 different alarms to get up.

11*F here right now. Snowed all day yesterday, but I think the accumulation was only about 3". Later this week we're supposed to get rain.
What a messed up year it's been weatherwise.

Haha yes!! Although I didn’t even tell them till after I ordered them

But all the hatching talk got to me! LOL

They’ve also convinced me to get quail

But I’m trying to be good and wait till the new year for that one

I’ve already been thinking about buying another incubator.

It’s snowing here right now. Kind of looks like a snow globe. It can quit anytime!!

I used to be like that too but for whatever reason lately I can.

But it can’t be too early. Like if I try to go to bed at 9 or something, no way! Unless I’m sick lol but 10, 11, 12 is good or even 1 is earlier than my usual. But lately I’ve been going to bed around 11 and getting up around 9:30. Sometimes 9, sometimes 10 or 10:30

But I’ve also been putting on a Christian sleeping playlist lately which seems to instantly make me tired and relaxed for some reason

Try Native American flute music. They have a 10 minute one to guide you off to sleep but, I don't fall asleep that fast. It would need to play a continuous loop.

Is anyone else like me? I fall asleep while watching tv or reading, but when I get into bed I'm wide awake.
