Actually it's due to get colder with nights down in the teens. But no snow forecast so we have that going for us!

I did.... Bank was wrong we fixed it... one charge was reported as fraud... They are changin my ATM Access card number to keep it from happening again.

Then the feds didnt tell the finance associate that they needed the info for the account... He filled it out and i signed it then he stamped it on the office stamp machine and stuck it in the mail.

Now I know the face value of bonds is not necessarily the value at chashing... He said the Feds will send me paperwork showing the actual value and estimated tax that will need to be paid. Therefore I as trustee will file a tax return and pay it. I will keep out funds enough for that before distribution.

So that is that.... I know some of those bonds are not mature... I also know some of those bonds were bought in the eighties. so they are mature twice over. Intrest rate is crap on bonds but very very very stable.

So we will see.

I hated RPG and Basic

RPG with its column requirements for statements was a real PITA though I believe the current version no longer has that. RPG 3 was the last one I worked in.

Ours will too, mid 40's Monday, 50 Tuesday ... rain both days. Then the temp will drop steadily until it bottoms out at 11° on Thursday I haven't moved the snow, do that and the rain will make an ice rink. Frozen ground means nowhere for the rain to soak in. Guess that bucket of wood stove ash will come out again.

they are Home Owners Association rules. Usually set up initially by the builder but then the association forms and they have monthly meetings to address issues within a very very dense housing situation.

Homes that close to gether and or Condos have Safety concerns and issues with regard to fire and appearance. So a committee presides over issues brought forward by complaints and or suggestions by residents.

There is something similar within communities that are not so densely poplulated and that would be Rules and Covenents... There is a community here that will not allow a certain style of home to be built..... Because the community wants to represent to the rest of the county as a Rustic Touristy commu8nity... So Log cabins are good old tyme Construciton with a western front are good. Yata Yata... but no poured in place tilt up slab construction...
