take it easy til you get used to the steroids, also you do know you will gain weight taking them, they tend to puff you up

Yeah, I am a nurse so I know the side effects. Luckily I just lost 5 more pounds! It's just a dose pack, not long term so I should do ok. Plus the feel good effect will get me outside working.
