@CapricornFarm I need your help (and anyone else that has ideas).

I have 2 whethered goats. Kiko/Boer crosses. They're around 8 months old. One has always been shy, but the other has always been super friendly, loving scratches etc. On Monday he started pushing me with his head. Tuesday he was giving me head butts. Now he's full out ramming me to the point that he won't let me go anywhere. Any ideas what's going on and how I can get him to stop?

:eek: be very carefull, they can really hurt you even without horns, if worse comes to worse, either ship him out or eat him

Necessary evil, work. I am feeling better, I got an Rx for steroids yesterday and they are kicking in already! I got up early and have been outside already. Cooking soup for the chickens. Washed some gravel for my new fish tank. Have to wait until I get glass to protect the piece of furniture I need to put it on.

Hi FD! He is treating you like another goat, saying hello. I have not had this problem , but there are some possible solutions. I would consider putting him in a pen or on a long tie out. Therefore he will not be able to get at you unawares. Hopefully he will get out of the habit. Perhaps you can pinch his ear if you can control him enough to do that right after he tries to butt you. Good luck, let me know how it goes.
