Staying inside sounds good and baking hopefully we will be making stuffed green peppers for dinner if we have the energy after work is done. I love scones so I might be making some of those before I go back to work.

I love scones too! Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) DH does not, so I rarely get any. What kind do you like to make?
