I do too Debby! Our boss called the mom and she asked if we’d given him his pacifier and his blanket like instructed...which we had. She seemed unconcerned. If his behavior hasn’t changed by the end of next week we won’t be able to keep him. We had kids covering their ears yesterday.

Makes sense to me you guys can't keep him if things don't change. The other kids don't need that (and neither do the employees).

We don’t have the staff to deal with the behavior. I’m hoping he will change but I’m thinking he won’t. He’s scared of everything...water(washing hands)his sleeping cot, the movie we popped in to watch at nap time...maybe he has issues beyond what parent has told us
