It was started along time ago for Debby (NFC) wishing her a Happy Birthday and it just continued on till this day...its more of a NFC's chat thread now! The originator of the thread has disappeared I don't know if anyone knows where they are now.

Good grief, y'all are colder than we are...it started out at 37° yesterday and got up to 59°...today? we'll see where it goes!

yes, but i expect certain arts of texas to be hotter than here in the panhandle of florida, the panhandle can get quite cold at times but not for very many days at a time, more hit and miss usually. even saw snow here when i was eight years old, until the sun came up, doesn't happen often tho
