didn't have to whip ours hinny to much, just enough that he knew that momma would if he misbehaved, when he was three we went into a glass shop, all kinds of glass figurines all within reach of a three year old, i told him look but don't touch, sales lady said she had never seen a child that wouldn't try to touch, he also never tried to take things in the grocery store within reach, we talked to him like an adult but like i said, he knew momma would smack his bottom
