You too! We bought a Blackstone griddle last summer to take camping and I’d love to learn how to use it for that. I couldn’t get it seasoned right so everything stuck to it...even bacon.

I'm so happy it went well! My husband can be evaluated by the state once every 90 days and he says it's stressful waiting for it every 3 months.

I agree-I know this happens three times a year, but I'm not a fan of someone watching me and taking all those notes

In my youth I worked at a number of restaurants as a cook. Here's a quick video on how to season, I think I did mine four or five times.
