I sure don't miss all that white stuff...but of course, Abilene usually gets the snow and ice....I think IH20 attracts it!

Guess you got your annual allotment all at once! I'll trade you your 3" for the 17" we are supposed to get over the next 2 days. Going to be some heavy s*** too given the temp will be hanging not too far below freezing.

Thanks-as you can tell, home already because of illness in the public schools. They closed us since we are very low as well with siblings out. The bad part for me is we don't go back until next Wed and they don't pay us to be off-have to use our annual/sick leave, plus we will have to make it up at the end of the school year

We closed our baby section down last Friday due to 7 babies with RSV.

You might need the blueprints for @DigMyChicks child excluder storage unit.


On the plus side it seems like the drain for the tub is working unlike the sinks!


You probably made it easier for whoever bought the house. The neighbors would be happy to have people that don't wash their dishes on the front lawn.

Got our new storage wall in tonight...long day but glad it’s done. I wish we had all wood walls but this will make our life easier, no more floppy gate or toddler beds to block the opening. If you guys could have seen this room when I first started in July you wouldn’t know it was the same room. The teacher at the time liked lots of stuff. (She quit and went somewhere else.)There was hardly any room for the kids to walk. Parents are commenting how much better it looks.
