That's true. When my boys were little, someone brought their kid to day care with measles. Their excuse was they were doing everyone a favor by exposing all the other kids to it because they figured everyone was going to get it any way.
I used to work in a daycare centre with the babies and I've struck this before. There was a virus going around and one parent asked why they couldn't all just keep coming seeing as everyone was getting it anyway! I was speechless! Um... coz we'd never get rid of it!?
Anyway, I have some cute pictures. I forgot how much I love these babies. They are so adorably cuddly in those first few days, then they are leaping, jumping, crazy, playful, bouncy balls (who still like to cuddle under your hand but don't want to be picked up). I'm still waiting on the last egg but it's still alive.
This is the youngest, hatched yesterday afternoon, so it's around 18 hours old here.
The oldest ones are already getting wing feathers.
The very yellow one here on the left is Sticky, then the striped one with a spotty head has been called Leopard by my DD, and the second photo here is the one that is doing better than it was, but I'm still not 100% sure it's going to make it. It's at least 4 days old now but it doesn't seem to be growing, yet it's eating well now.
