I was going to try making meatloaf a new way, but the beef isn't totally thawed out. You know that Salisbury steak recipe we like? I want to try using that as a meat loaf.

I had the same thought! We really like that recipe and hubs said he thinks that's a good idea. Might try that this week while the kids are gone.

Hey Chrissy, are things locked down in CO now?

I'm not sure exactly where you are, but my parents lived in Denver for over 40 years. That place is crazy anyway, can't imagine it now with all this mess going on.

I'm feeling blue today. My favorite cousin passed away yesterday. I hadn't seen her in years, but we were best friends growing up. It makes me want to hug the people I love while I have the chance.

Several towns surrounding me are locked down. People are freaking out because this virus is spreading so quick. All non-essential businesses are closed. But it's done wonders to cut down on the traffic
