The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

When DH came through town yesterday on his way home from Casper, he drove past one of the bars and said the parking lot was full.

The governor decreed everything like that shut down until April 3rd (at least). What's wrong with the folks hanging out in a bar?!? Drink at home people! :he

Um, is that a term of endearment in NZ??

I hate it when the house smells stuffy and closed up.
Then its a good thing you don't live in snow country!
But .... what do you do in the summer down there in the hot south?

I'm sure you can find outdoor jobs to keep him busy!
I'm sure there are lots of things at Jae's new place to keep her DH busy!

yes, we finished loading everything and left at 9 am fl time, only stopped for gas and rest area breaks for both us and the dogs and once for coffee, this morning when we stopped for gas we had to have coffee to keep going, we got home this morning at 5:45, unloaded the animals, husband turned the water on, lite the water heater and turned the furnace on and we hit the bed, like i said, lots of naps today
thanks sour for worrying:hugs
Wow, 21 hours straight! I'd have a heck of a time doing that.

Time for the cars with the blue (or is it red in WY) lights to come by and sweep everyone out of those places.

 Most definitely! It's one of those Aussie slang words Kiwis have borrowed. It means troublemaker/rascal. I think it's very fitting.

My daughter did make me laugh yesterday. We finally got around to putting fondant icing on our biscuits, and DD accused DS of always choosing the same shaped biscuit as her to hold her up because he'd be using that cookie cutter. Well, the thing was he was choosing his biscuit before she was and it was actually her that was choosing the same shape as him! But she still got in a funk and stormed off. Teenage hormones at their finest! 🙄
