Yesterday was a bit crazy weather-wise. Rain off and on and non-stop strong winds (a couple times I looked outside wondering if I needed to run for the basement). Today is supposed to be much nicer.

Did you get your pork back from the processor yet?

oh no debby, he butchered thurs. have no idea how long he will have it hang in the cooler before he cuts and wraps, then he will cure the hams and bacons for us , i know that takes a couple of weeks( i think)
since bruiser left the three have been good piggies, no rooting, he must have been the ring leader and husband was not happy with them rooting the pasture up, they're not suppose to do that was talking about getting rid of them
