does he get a pay increase? Hazard pay?

Here I am having to some crazy things to keep Instructors up for online teaching...and we were told that our pay raise was cancelled for this year.

They should be giving us a bonus since online teaching is keeping the University going at the moment

Does the course exist primarily for the benefit of oil workers? One would HOPE that the course would be self supporting, not relying on oil profits to stay afloat. If not, it isn't a very well run business.

Sorry Ron, it's always employees who hit first. Why not the big guys? Because they are not going to cut their own salaries!
