Yeah they should! That is a ton of money you gave them.

True! Every year when we talk about needing new ones the sales are over. We waited for the Memorial Day deals this year and saved about $850, plus got better stuff than we might have otherwise.

Morning all. My dishwasher is on its deathbed. I guess I can't complain too much, it lasted 10 years and was used. I got in on the last day of the Memorial Day sales and bought a new one; it matches the range. Now I'm seriously considering painting the kitchen but haven't decided on color yet. Home Depot has an app you can use to try paint colors with pics of your own home so I'm going to play with that a bit. Have a great day everyone!

I almost hate to bring it up, but how's your fridge doing IM? That's about the only appliance you haven't had to replace.

Our first one was a wedding party gift in 1990, it lasted 13 years. The next one lasted 3 years. The next one 13 months Swore I'd never buy another one but did buy one for this house 7 years ago.

Dang, I probably just jinxed it.

We bought our first one in either 81 or 82 and it lasted past 2000. We bought the second one which lasted until 2016 and we've bought two more since then.

We had to buy 3 new microwaves for this company house when we moved here. The first 2 didn't work at all. I guess we got luck with #3

Fridge is only a couple of years old, we replaced that first because it was starting to sound scary.

Cool, dreary and rainy today, it might make 62°. If it decides to stop the spitty rain stuff I have some logs to cut to 16" so they can be split.

We are heading towards 102F or so today.
