I'm waiting for that mandate to happen here too. The number of cases in our county is rising (haven't checked other WY counties).

When DH and I were in Casper last weekend, one of the stores we frequent had a sign on the door that after July 13th no one would be admitted without a mask.

There are signs on the stores here too. My daughter said some lady was screaming at a walmart employee yesterday because he told her she couldn't go in without a mask. Poor guy!

I think people's nerves are fraying. Poor guy indeed, it's not his fault!

Not without a/c in my opinion. We're breaking records this week, but the saddest part? A few years ago we were told this could be the new normal and we're seeing these temps far more than we did 20 years ago. I think I'm ready to move out if AZ! At least out of the valley here.
