What a concept.Hey, we had an 'outing' today. Went to Trader Joe's and stocked up on lots of 'stuff'. Then on the way back we stopped at an outside hotdog stand and got hotdogs and soda. "Excitement".

I'd really like to skip the new reality and go back to the world I know.
So true. I saw a comic the other day... "I wish I could go back to the America I was raised in" I'm all in with the sentiment. Largely the reason I've just tuned out. No more news, no more TV, just done with it all. I'll live happily on the side of my mountain until the end. I spent way too many years of my life deeply involved in all the mess and just don't want to anymore. I spent 20 years living just a few miles from DC and saw how what I saw was twisted when the media presented it. I remember a time when news was just that.... Facts, unedited and the reader was left with the responsibility to decide what it meant.
