The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Good morning everyone!

I'm running late today. Tried a new allergy med last night and it knocked me out for 11.5 hours. Guess I'll just try the 1/2 dose next time.

Bob, that's a whole lotta hawks!
:frow Good morning Debby, have a great day. I'm thinking with the sudden explosion of hummers and hawks that I'm seeing migration in progress, if so and this early in the year, it doesn't bode well for those living up north.

You could be right about the coming winter. I know my flock started molting early. By next Monday we're looking at daytime temps in the low 70's to high 60's with overnight temps in the 40's.

And the way 2020 has been so far, why should this winter be anything different?

Hope you feel better soon Alex - those ants sound nasty!

I'm horribly behind but our internet is being frustratingly patchy.

I'm excited and stressed about my eggs hatching. I'm down to 3 of the shipped ones but all 10 that were picked up are still alive and one has even started shadowing at day 16 and a half. They are officially on day 17 now and the 3 shipped ones are on day 16. :fl

I'm just waiting to hear if restrictions are going to be eased in Auckland. The numbers seemed to be falling but the number of new cases had increased again today. There are at least 151 people all linked to one outbreak/cluster. It sure is an infectious little beast.
Good morning Jae! I hope that the rest of your chicks make it!
It definitely is that, it will settle down at some point, when...is the big question...but I don't think it will ever be gone.
