The chickens, house cats and I'll be moving and DH will come for visits as much as possible with his job. He can't retire yet so we'll do this for the time being.

I try, they’re stubborn! We are transitioning a child from the baby room. They are ready to give her over to us. We are not ready...extremely spoiled!!

I'm rebelling today... Got way behind between being in Nashville most of the day Tuesday and getting slammed yesterday at work. Playing a little hooky today to catch up on BYC. Sorry for making a mess of the greets folks.

We all do what we have to do and make the best of it, right?

I'll be plenty busy. There will be unpacking, getting internet & cable hooked up and interior painting to finish up and all the paper work that goes with a move for address changes. I hope to be able to find a part time job. Finding my way around a new town is always tricky for me (I have no sense of direction) so there's that. Casper has a nice library and I love to read. In the spring I'm going to have a garden for the 1st time in 4 years! Lots and lots of details to settle all around.

DH will actually be able to spend quite a bit of time up there during the winter, so that will help adjust a lot. And when DH can't be there with me, he'll phone (several times a day based on previous experience) :lol:

So, it's a bit exciting and a bit scary. But it'll work out!

I had to laugh at the sense of direction comment...that's my daughter, she is directionally challenged...before she had a smart phone, she would call for directions somewhere, I would get on the computer and tell her how to get where she was going...I loved it! :love
