Get ready for "Why?". Seems that is about the only word a 4 year old can remember. And when you answer the question, they ask "why?". And when you answer .....

Hope you keep it under control, but it would be better to get rid of it!!

Surely true, mold can cause a lot of medical problems.

Last batch I bought was surprisingly good. It's late in the season, but this farm generally has corn until it gets frosted.

I wait for the corn at the farmer's market. He plants is succession so unless there is a hard frost he has good quality stuff all the way into October. Should get a couple of ears tomorrow. When he's done, no more corn until next July - late July.

And this is why I try to freeze around 50 meals worth. Sure can't buy good frozen or canned corn.

Good morning all! Today I will be washing up the 57' to get it ready for a small parade! One of my friends is battling breast cancer and there has been a golf cart, car, truck...etc parade organized for her in celebration of her last treatment! The procession will be driving past her house! We are so hopeful that she will continue to live a happy & healthy life for many, many years to come! Have a wonderful Saturday!
