DH shops like a kid when he goes. The last time he went to the store he came home with 3 bags of chips, a loaf of bread and cat litter. It was almost cute, he felt pretty good about his grocery shopping trip.

So true! Sometimes it’s less hassle to just do it yourself. Honestly I’m home all week so getting out to shop once in a while is ok, it’s just not my favorite activity.

She’s a good shopper if you want to save money, but the cheap stuff isn’t great a lot of the time. She calls me picky.

Not picky, selective! I'm the same way about stuff. I could send in a grocery store "curbside pick up" order if it only included pre-packaged goods and even then not all. Bacon for instance, a lot of the packages are a whole lotta fat, very little lean. I won't waste my money on them. And I'm not trusting a "shopper" to pick out my fresh veg, fruit, meat.

The truck belonged to my sil who is gone now, it holds a lot of memories of her and I love sharing it with others...it keeps her close!
