OK, I'm not part of the "in crowd". I still have NO idea what a "fly license" is! I obviously isn't a private pilot license. Nor is it a regular "enhanced" license. I have one of those and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't get me onto a military base.

Maybe in YOUR part of the USA, I've never heard of them. I had to look up that Annihilator thing to figure out it was probably coffee.

OK! here you have it, it is just a name the girl called it at the DMV . In order to get a passport in the state of Ohio, you have to have the new drivers license, In order to be allowed ( If your family member is in the military ) to enter a military base you have to have the license with this . I had to fill out a form to get this endorsement the new license . If you would like more information on this I suggest you call the Ohio DMV . You see my wife has terminal cancer and if there would be an emergency and she passes or goes home as it call it I may have to go to the base .And yes I do have to have it to get on the base. From what I know about it , It allows them to do a back ground check through the the FBI . There are no mysteries. lies or jokes going on here . Yes Bruce, an Annihilator is coffee. The fly license is the enhanced license. I don’t have one but then I’m not gonna fly or go on a military base.
