Yep, got all my errands done. Including a stop at the post office, wow, that was a busy place. There was a line all the way from the outer doors through the lobby and to the window. Guess everyone is mailing stuff for Valentine's Day maybe? That's what I was doing

Time for more coffee

Any time on Monday is a good time for more coffee, drink up!

Well, I tried. She looked at them like they were something you might scrape off the bottom of your shoe, pecked one, then turned around so that her back was to me. She isn't doing the constant clucking like a broody normally does when off the nest, so maybe she's just taking some time out of the flock to sit and contemplate life. She's still eating like a horse so I'm sure she's not sick.

Look at the size difference between the big and the small:

I hope everyone that's getting snow doesn't get too much. I actually saw a story in our news about the big snowstorm in the US. The accompanying photos were beautiful but snow always is from a distance.

We always joke that our white cat would hate us if we moved anywhere it snowed and that she must've been born in Jamaica. She thinks 72F is cold. She's grumpy and annoying when it's cold, but the hotter it gets the happier she gets. We say the temperament of the cat is directly related to the temperature of the room.
