Here there are a lot of ash trees dying from the Emerald Ash borer. I've had several taken down in my front hedgerow.

Thanks , I have about had it with storms. Heard another tree fall today, sounded like it was
down by the river. It was very windy today.

Sounds like you need to cut every tree that is near enough to the house, vehicles and anything else you don't want to lose.

Here there are a lot of ash trees dying from the Emerald Ash borer. I've had several taken down in my front hedgerow.

We have a charge on our electric bill for the company to cut ash trees near the lines. I don't know what an ash looks like, I might have some out in the woods. Definitely none near the house. There are only 3 trees, one ancient sugar maple and 2 evergreens.

Dutch elm disease and a thing that happens to oaks with weather change is a problem.

There is also the peach borer moth that kills plum, nectarine and apricot trees.

We lost our plum tree last year to them.

Oak trees are also dying from a disease too.
