@N F C snow is going gradually - measured on the flats at the beagle club yesterday, and it was down to about a foot of hard pack. Gradual melting is a good thing - cuts down on the flooding.

Absolutely, you sure don't want it all melting at once! Down at the golf course that's a concern every year because it's so close to the river.

It is a big catch-22. Where is the company supposed to get money to fix things if not from the people using their service?

Well, in all fairness the people who use it should pay for it.

True but I'm sure those that live in cities, not out in the woods where the power lines go down and start fires, don't think they should be responsible to pay for maintenance and repairs in the "hard to get to" areas.

Finally back from the orthopedic doctor and he said its healing good and come back in 4 weeks. He didn't seem concerned about the pain in my hand, just want to make sure I didn't have any numbness.
