The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

And whatever you do don't lose your keys . The only way to fix it is buy a new ignition and a key FOD programmer . Or you can have a new key made for around 350.00 .

DH is going to talk to the insurance company about the difference in rates. It might be worth paying a bit more if we have to replace windows every couple of years.

At least I don't own a Fiat...the glass guy said windshields on those run around $1700.
Wow! I almost bought one of those but got the Hyundai instead. Although I don’t know how much the windshield would be.

Thank God . my son has his car here and I am going through heck with it the programmer can't find the computer .

Remember the good old days when cars didn't have computers and backyard mechanics could fix anything?

I never thought to check into windshields prior to living here. Never had to replace one in any previous car (and there have been quite a few over the years). Wyoming eats windshields!

The sensors do things like beep when there is another car in a blind spot (that one's been helpful) and automatically turn the wipers on when the windshield get wet and something else I can't remember.
For some reason I thought they were in the mirrors. I have them too. I don’t have the automatic wipers though. Does your vehicle shut off when you stop at stop signs? Mine does. I hate it.
