How did you crush your sciatica?I have a bump on my right foot. That foot is still a bit numb from the crushed sciatica though.
I have congenital spinal stenosis and had some type of back issues as long as I can remember. When I was 46, I crushed the nerve just out of the spine pushing rolled roofing up a ladder at home. It took three days for the nerve to die and that was terribly painful!How did you crush your sciatica?

On the third day, I woke up with no pain, but could not walk. I immediately got on the list for surgery and had the spine decompressed.
