Water rights are very complicated in California!

Some have historic water rights from 100 years ago that guarantees a certain amount of water. Farmers are allocated a percentage of what they get in a normal year based on the lake level.

Then there are differences between Federal and State lakes!
That's the way it is here. Water rights are complicated and a major deal. Farmers get first priority though. Up until a couple of years ago it was illegal for us to collect rain water, because the state owned those water rights. 😐
 
Good morning , Everyone. Tonight the baseball player graduates high school = the last grand to do so. Two college graduates, one senior, one sophomore, and one freshman this fall. Where did all of those years go? Treasure every moment, Folks.

Those of you facing excessive temperatures - are you also threatened with possible power shortages? It's looking as if that may become a significant problem in parts of the country.

What ! that makes me see red .:he Water is free here in Ohio if you have a well dug .
