Check the corners of the camper especially where the air conditioners water runs down. How old is it? If it’s been wet it will probably smell musty.

I will most likely be taking my dad with me to check it out. He is a home inspector and would know what to look for and also he's a 6'2 man so it'd be comforting to have him by my side when I check it out

I wish we had a fireplace here, but no such luck. I've always enjoyed the smell and the homey look of a fire burning.

Ugh. We went over our teir I'm dreading the bill, too lol

Our bill typically ranges between 150-400. Mostly due to having a built-in pool. We just fixed the pump 2 years ago. My parents lived here before and they claim with the old pool pump, they never paid anything less than $400 every month.

Mad, what happens when you go over your tier? Tiers aren't something I'm familiar with for utilities.

Our air conditioner is a heat pump too. We do not use it. How much heat do you use? I thought it was always warm where you live.

I would use a lot less, but the DW has issues with the cold!

We live in a place where heat pumps work well. Currently we use natural gas for heating.

I know I'm very excited to check it out. My brother's truck has a fifth wheel hitch so I'll most likely be using his truck. It does come with a fifth wheel hitch too as well

Well, as far as I am aware, they compare your usage to other homes in the area, where you were this month a year ago, and where they recommend your home's usage should be.

Maybe I don't know what I'm talking about I am still getting use to adulting.
