It’s not as bad as anticipatedWe do have hail damage on the west side of both garages. There’s another huge limb down by my clothesline. The only damage done to our camper was a reflector was ripped off. I can’t believe that as an evergreen snapped off along with that huge limb. It may have a few scratches but minor. The neighbors corn field that joins our bean field is at least half demolished. Ours has little visible damage that we can see. We’re going to drive around tomorrow and check out others damage. Hubby is cleaning up our mess right now. I have to go can tomatoes before I lose them. The rain is causing them to burst. My green peppers and squash got hail. The squash was looking really nice other then a little twisted from the wind the other day.
Thanks Debby! It’s been a crazy year weather wise. I got 4 peppers which is better then none. I tossed them in with my tomatoes. We’ll see what the squash looks like in a couple days.Glad it wasn't any worse than that! That's too bad about your neighbor's field, such a loss. Hopefully you'll be able to salvage some of the green peppers and squash.
I hope the pain is better!I'm doing alright, Thanks for asking. Had a few days of not nice headaches, but I'm hoping for more pain free days again. Shoulder is hit and miss with the pain. I feel like I'm just falling apart lately.
That really is a beautiful church. The church was awesome. I love old churches. The food was really good. They had open bar for 6 hours…a lot of alcohol consumed…not by usThe first picture is my son on the left and groom on the right

It was so much prettier then the picture. The whole ceiling was that way. It was almost a little gothic. I wish I had taken a better picture of the front. That really is a beautiful church.
Hope you don't find too much more damage on your drive tomorrow.
Photos would be greatDH had to climb the tree to rescue our broody bantam who has hatched 2 chicks after sitting up there for exactly 4 weeks! One baby was actually stuck, half hatched, so if we hadn't decided to do chicken rescue this morning it wouldn't have made it. I'm hoping it will survive - it's still got a bit of a kink in its neck from being stuck.
And as luck would have it my eggs are hatching today in my incubator. One has hatched already and is under miss broody (who is inside at the moment). It's really pretty.
At least Calico (the broody) is a calm broody. She's even letting the kids pick the chicks up without protest. I'll get some photos when I can.

The black baby is eating and active. It must be a day or two old.

This is the one that hatched in the incubator. They are just cross breeds so I've never seen this coloured chick before. Can't wait to see how it feathers out.

And here's the poor little hunchback who was stuck for goodness knows how long. Hopefully it will straighten out soon.
