Hello everyone! Remember me?

I had my second vaccine jab at the beginning of the month (I'm really not sure what happened to November!) and had a bit of a reaction to it, so that laid me flat for about a week. But with the way things are going here I have no regrets and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Then I've been raising cockatiel chicks since then.

Here's my current bunch:

Plus four more that haven't fledged yet. So 10 babies at the moment. Three already have homes and they might be ready to go just before Christmas. The older ones are down to two feeds a day and the younger ones get three feeds, so I'm not quite as busy as I was. I have a pair currently sitting and their babies will need to be brought in just before Christmas.

And DH found our rabbit playing with a wild rabbit the other day. She'd managed to squeeze out of her pen under where two panels meet. If it was a boy bunny then we'll have baby bunnies for Christmas too.

Sounds like you are all busy getting ready for Thanksgiving. Hope you all have a happy day.

Hi Jae, good to hear from you! Your little birds are so pretty, thanks for sharing a picture. Glad to hear you're feeling better after being laid low. When the new baby buns show up, I hope you'll share a picture of them with us!

I'm making my sweet potato pies today (the crusts are already done) and probably get the dressing made up. DH is here and will be busy doing whatever husband's do

I’m making pie this afternoon after work, but have to go get pumpkin cuz everyone forgot the last fourteen times we’ve been to the store.

Igor will be putting up the lights this weekend and I asked him to do the coop this year. The ducks don’t use it so the lights shouldn’t bother them.
