I had enough no intention of going outside for any reason, but yep, I do have a warm coat! It’s days like this that make me not regret being chickenless! At least I don’t have to go out and do chicken-chores! And being warm in the new house sure beats living in the camper!

Idk if I'm ever going to be chickenless. I keep trying to get my numbers down but my darn broodies love babies. If I had your weather, I'm sure I'd try harder.

Yikes we are starting the day at 70 degrees with rain. But our cold front is coming in starting tonight.

Stay warm and safe

I am not leaving the house except to check on my cats.

Thank goodness for 70° inside! I hope you have a nice warm coat.

And here I sit with mosquito bites!
It is supposed to get down to 25° by Sunday a.m. someone obviously forgot to inform these mosquitoes.

We had a low mosquito population this last summer due to the drought but when the 20 plus inches of rain came in August and September they were terrible!
