We've had snow overnight (it's DMC's snow but she won't come get it).

Good morning everyone, I hope you’re all well and safe! @N F C I was sorry to read you’ve lost one of your girls @Grammy60 and @rjohns39 I loved the Todd pic@DigMyChicks I’m sure your sister is happy to have your help! @Blooie the porch is great and it has such a beautiful view! Everything is looking great. @sourland a belated Happy Anniversary to you and Princess!

We’re hearing much about drought and water rights here these days and have been working on storing more water for an emergency. I’ve recently added blueberries to my garden and I’m waiting on an apple tree to arrive. The bunnies have been in their outdoor area for a while and really seem to enjoy the space. Work is super busy and some of our admin have been out with Covid so a few of us are pitching in to get through our contact email after work. Me included. Makes for a few long days but I’m going to like that paycheck! I finally saved up enough points for performance to get a shredder for my yard waste, now I’m saving for a generator. Oh, and we have termites, so that’s where the extra hours will come in handy…we need the extra bucks to deal with that. The clock says it’s time to get ready for work, have a good day all and enjoy the coming weekend!

Good morning, Mark. Warmth is no problem here..it is only dipping into low thirties at night. I'm not the fan of cold weather, that I once was.

Ken agrees with him so I’ll probably be outvoted on this one.

More than likely .... but given the "drop" is only a few inches and Kendra is in a wheelchair, does the railing have to be full height with balusters? Could it be much more open such that she and her chair can't accidentally go past the edge. It isn't like you need to worry about a little kid falling 4' to the ground.

I know y'all are jealous of my balmy weather, but come summer, I'll be the jealous one.

Most of our flowers are gone, but our grasses are looking nice. We still have a few knock-out roses in the back yard. Dh hasn't been back there lately. He will be a little persnickity when he sees all the excavation work, especially around the nandinas. I don't know why he needs a backhoe with these girls around.
