And as guests in HER house, I would think she would provide the best possible

As I don't buy box doughnuts, thus none in the house anyway, it is just as far to the bakery as it is to the grocery store

Good morning, everyone!

Katiebug is coming over today and spending the weekend with us. We haven’t been able to do that since last year, between living in the camper and all the packing and moving. Then right about the time we got settled in here, she started having Speech competitions every weekend. But there’s no school on Monday, so we should be able to pack a lot of cooking and giggling into today, Sunday, and part of Monday!

Double header game today about 1.25 hour drive. We only stayed for the first game which they lost 6/1. It's the first we have left Maggie since she had her seizure. All was/is well since we got home. She's like, "Why are the two of you always staring at me?"

Awee, that's a bummer on the loss but maybe next time!

I was thinking about mowing the yard for the 1st time this year but we're expecting high winds today with gusts up to 65mph. Not sure I want to be out in that.

It was 46 and sunny yesterday with a little breeze, so it was nice.
Mowing for real? We aren’t even close to that. I would suggest you stay in the house today
